Daniel Tiger Storybook Walk (weeklong)
Locate the book pages and read along in our Daniel Tiger Storybook Walk (taking place ALL WEEK LONG)! As you find each page, record the code word on our Storybook Walk worksheet, and return it to the Adams Memorial Library to receive a special prize! (while supplies last)

Quotation Quest (weeklong)
Go on a quest to locate some of Mister Rogers’ famous quotes for the chance to win a special Latrobe Merchant Prize Basket! Visit the merchants listed on the Quotation Quest Worksheet, record the quote found at each location, and bring your completed sheet to Latrobe Art Center when your quest is complete to receive tickets for your chance to win! (4 quotes = 1 ticket, 6 quotes = 2 tickets, & a fully completed quote sheet = 3 tickets)

Located throughout downtown Latrobe.
Latrobe Farmer’s Market (Tuesday, June 7th)
Enjoy a beautiful day at the Latrobe Farmer’s Market located at Legion Keener Park from Noon – 4:00 p.m.
Story Time at Legion Keener Park (Tuesday, June 7th)
- 1:00 pm at Legion Keener Park
- Organized by Adams Memorial Library
- Children’s take-home activity bags and ice cream treats provided by Latrobe Dairy Queen (while supplies last)
“Beautiful Night In The Neighborhood” Shop Hop (Wednesday, June 8th)
Shop til you drop during Downtown Latrobe’s “Beautiful Night in the Neighborhood” Shop Hop Night! In between visiting Latrobe’s wonderful merchants, and enjoy live entertainment by Derek Woods in Downtown Latrobe’s parklet from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Children’s Book Giveaway (Thursday, June 9th)
Stop by the GLLV Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center for their children’s book giveaway from noon-4:00 p.m.
Donkey Hodie Crafts by WQED (Thursday, June 9th)
Enjoy crafts with WQED at Latrobe Art Center from 2:00-4:00 p.m. (while supplies last)
Story Time at 512 Coffee & Ice Cream (Thursday, June 9th)
In the evening, enjoy some sweet treats and storytime with a special guest at 512 Coffee & Ice Cream! 5:00pm
“Latrobe: Mr. Rogers’ First Neighborhood” Presentation (Friday, June 10th)
Begin your day with a 9:30 a.m. showing of the film “Latrobe: Mr. Rogers’ First Neighborhood” at Latrobe Area Historical Society.
Family Movie Night (Friday, June 10th)
End your evening with your family at Latrobe WCCC for a special showing of the award-winning film “Saving Amelia” at 6:30 p.m. The evening also includes snacks, drinks, and Amelia Earhart crafts from WQED.
The film is about two sisters who find an old two-way radio in their attic that can mysteriously communicate with the past. This EMMY® award-winning movie was filmed in Latrobe and has screened at film festivals all over the world.

Downtown Latrobe Scavenger Hunt (Saturday, June 11th)
Using the clues on the form below, find each of the notable locations throughout downtown Latrobe! A volunteer will greet you and place a sticker on each block as you find each one.
Once your hunt is complete, bring your completed form back to the Latrobe Historical Society booth in the Quatrini Law Group building for a gift (Neighborhood Trolley magnet and a one-day pass to the McFeeley-Rogers public pool in Latrobe) and a chance to win a unique Fred Rogers-themed basket!
